CAUTION: Read the enclosed leaflet before use.
Keep medicine out of reach of children.
Tablet to be swallowed as a whole, and not to be chewed or crushed.
Moisture-sensitive tablets: Do not remove from the blister until immediately before administration.
WARNING: WHEN PREGNANCY IS DETECTED, TELMISARTAN SHOULD BE DISCONTINUED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AS IT CAN CAUSE INJURY AND EVEN DEATH TO THE DEVELOPING FETUS WHEN USED DURING SECOND AND THIRD TRIMESTERS OF PREGNANCY.
