THERAPEUTIC INDICATION:
Piroxicam belongs to the group of medicines called Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs. It is used in the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders (injuries or disorders of muscle, ligaments, joints, and tendons characterized by pain, stiffness, swelling, and restricted movements), acute gout (a form of arthritis with severe pain, redness, and tenderness in joints), postoperative trauma pain (pain due to trauma after surgical intervention), and primary dysmenorrhea (sudden cramping pain in the lower abdomen occurring before or during menstruation).
DIRECTION OF USE:
For Intramuscular (Intragluteal) use only.
CAUTION AND SCHEDULE:
CAUTION: Do not use it if the solution is not clear or has suspended matter.
Not to be used in newly born or premature infants.
This drug is not to be used in children below 12 years of age.
Discard any unused portion.
